Optimization Projects 
Eight- to twelve-week projects ideal for clients that are committed to improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of current programs and processes to better support the growth strategy.
Assessment Projects 
Four- to six-week projects designed to help clients “tune up” specific programs or processes for the coming year.
Workshops 
Full or half-day sessions designed to help clients assess specific issues and weigh alternative action plans.
