Conducted every December, this survey offers insight into:
 

 Statistics on last year's sales compensation plan performance (participation, payout relative to budget, etc)
 Changes anticipated for the coming year in budgets and target total compensation
 Changes anticipated in plan mechanics such as mix, leverage and metrics
 Governance issues with plan design, including emphasis on complications associated with globalization

Biotech & Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Productivity Survey

The purpose of this survey is to provide participants with meaningful data and actionable insights for their specialty sales organizations.
